Yearbook delivery delayed!

We hope this finds you and your family doing well. We wanted to reach out to provide an update on the status of our 2019-2020 yearbook. Due to COVID-19, this year's yearbook is unique from previous years and it is our top priority to ensure yearbooks are delivered to all families that placed an order. 

Lifetouch, our yearbook partner, is in uncharted waters with the COVID-19 virus. They have had many layoffs and furloughs throughout Shutterfly and Lifetouch due to this situation. They have also experienced high absenteeism in their production facilities and are working through it.  That being said, four out of nine of their facilities are up and running, producing yearbooks as quickly as possible. However, just like UPS, FedEx & Amazon, they are not able to guarantee any delivery dates at this time. 

We are not expecting the books to arrive before school is out for summer and apologize on behalf of the situation that is out of everyone's control. We will be in touch when we know more about the timing of the delivery of our school's yearbooks.
