At Desert Heights, we are committed to developing confident, capable, and responsible leaders. We believe that education extends beyond the classroom, which is why we provide opportunities for students to grow academically, socially, and personally throughout their K–12 journey.

Our K–5 program creates a strong foundation for future success through rigorous academics, character development, the HOWL program, extracurricular opportunities, and a supportive learning environment. We recognize that every student learns differently and provide opportunities for enrichment, gifted education, and advanced coursework when students are academically and developmentally prepared. At Desert Heights, we are proud to be a school where all students can learn, grow, and thrive.

As students transition to our Preparatory campus (grades 6–12), they are provided with increased opportunities to explore their interests and pursue their goals. Coursework is designed to challenge students while supporting their individual strengths, interests, and learning needs. Students benefit from technology integration, world language instruction, honors courses, advanced academic pathways, leadership opportunities, athletics, fine arts, and extracurricular involvement that help prepare them for college and beyond.

Our high school program offers the Desert Heights Preparatory Academy Honors Diploma, designed to prepare students for success in higher education and future careers. In addition to meeting graduation requirements, students are encouraged to pursue academic excellence while participating in athletics, performing and fine arts, clubs, honor societies, student leadership, and community service opportunities. Every experience is intentionally connected to our Three Pillars: Academic Excellence, Integrity of Character, and Social Awareness.
